Where is my certificate of attendance?

• Your certificate will load under MY CERTIFICATES on your profile above. It will also be emailed to you.  It should generate immediately but please give it about 15 minutes to send.  If you do not see your certificate after 15 minutes, go back to the video and make sure you have watched the entire video to the VERY END.  Let the video play until it stops on its own. **We are currently also having an issue with the certificate where the user is having to take the assessment for the code words twice. Please try this until we have a fix.**

I have a blacked out video but can hear the audio?  I can't see or hear the video?

• Some users have reported these issues when using Microsoft Edge.  Chrome is the preferred browser for our videos to play properly. 
• If you are using your employer's internet or computer, please try to watch the video at home with your personal internet and computer.  Users who have tried to watch at work have reported playback issues and it was determined that their office's security settings were blocking the video.

The code words box is greyed out?

• Make sure you have watched the entire video to the very end.
• Try on a personal computer with your home internet (not your employer's internet or computer).

The code words are not working!

• Verify you entered the words correctly, in this format:  word1 and word2 (all lowercase, in that order).  We are currently also having an issue with the certificate where the user is having to take the assessment for the code words twice or three times. Please try this until we have a fix.
• Make sure you have created a profile on this site in addition to your main profile on our website (yes, you will have 2 profiles).  Your profile on this video site is where your certificates of attendance are stored.  When you access this site for the first time, be sure to click the login button in the upper right corner to create your new profile and login. 

Are the videos approved for CPE?

• Each video is approved annual for 1 hour of CPE with the NC State Bar Board of Paralegal Certification.  If you need a NALA certificate of attendance, please email us and we will provide that.

Can I watch the same video next year for CPE approval?

• Although the certificate and video will remain on your profile forever, you only get one certificate for watching it.

Is there a time limit to watch the video?

• No there is not.  Once you register and receive the information to view, you can watch it at your convenience.

I am having issues!

• Did you enter the access code correctly? 
• Did you enter the two code words correctly, in the order they appeared, and in the correct format?  (word1 and word2)
• Did you watch the ENTIRE video without fast forwarding through it?  Did you let the video play until it ended on its own?
• Did you try a different browser (the videos seems to prefer Chrome)? 
• Are you at work? Please try it at home. Sometimes work firewalls and security settings may block you from viewing.
• Did you watch the tutorial video on the registration page?
• If none of that works, email us.  We appreciate your feedback and patience while we are still learning this new classroom system.
